Piping

We are installers of High and Low Density Polyethylene and Polypropylene extruded pipe. High-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polyethylene high-density (PEHD) is a polyethylene thermoplastic made from petroleum. HDPE is resistant to many different solvents and has a wide variety of applications.
HDPE pipes, such as water pressure pipes, can be connected by a process called butt fusion, where the ends of the pipes are heated and joined together.
This type of polyethylene pipe can be used in trenchless applications where digging is difficult or impossible. Black HDPE pipes are used for natural gas transmission, where a zero leak rate is crucial.

Difference between HDPE, MDPE and LDPE

→ HDPE stands for High Density Polyethylene
→ MDPE stands for Medium Density Polyethylene
→ LDPE stands for Low Density Polyethylene

HDPE Black Pipe: Applications

→ Septic Tank / Leach Bed Lines, Condensates, Aeration & Caustic Lines
→ Conveying corrosive effluents of chemical & other process industries like Petrochemicals, Paper, Dyestuff, Paints, Rayon & Fertilizers
→ Handling Saline Water, Sea water intake, Sea water air-conditioning
→ Suction & delivery of Water with Pump sets
→ Hydro transport systems - Cement / clinker, Coal, sand slurry & other abrasive slurries like iron ore, Fly ash conveyance, etc
→ Sprinkler Irrigation Systems & Drip Irrigation Systems
→ Handles edible oils, fruit juices & pulps , Milk and other Food Materials
→ For Air Conditioning & Ducting
→ Fewer, storm & Sanitary Pipelines

HDPE Jointing

There are several jointing methods we implement for HDPE pipe systems. The extensive fittings ranges available provide design flexibility with HDPE pipe systems.
